Contaminated Land - Site Validation Reporting

Our validation investigations and reports provide independent verification, using objective and measurable criteria, that a site is free of unacceptable levels of contamination, all necessary remediation works have been successfully carried out, and the site is suitable for ongoing or future use.

The validation process assists in developing proactive actions which can minimise the chances of contaminating local water and soil resources, and helps ensure the sustainability of the operation of the site.

Phase One (1) Environmental Site Assessment (ESA)

The Phase 1 ESA is generally considered the first step in the process of environmental due diligence required in site development or the DA process.
Remediation Action Plan (RAP)

A Remediation Action Plan (RAP) details or spells out the technical approach for implementing a remedial response to contamination. It includes the methods to be followed during the entire rendition process - from developing the remedial design, to implementing the selected remedy, through construction of the project.
Phase Two (2) Detailed Environmental Site Assessment (DESA)

The Phase 2 DESA is conducted to assess the physical presence of potential contaminates of concern (CoC), including distribution and concentration of contaminates in soil and groundwater.
